The Windjammer Jacket uses a hard wearing 70 Denier GORE WINDSTOPPER fabric with a very light brushed backer.

 

Perfect for fast moving activities, the tough fabric protects against wind chill whilst providing excellent breathability and comfort.

 

 

 

 

 

 

CONSTRUCTION:A tough Nylon Face Gore WINDSTOPPER® fabric has been used on the Windjammer which provides maximum wind protection and breathability for all day comfort. Granite Stretch Panels located under the arms and in the sides give the wearer freedom of movement and allows more air flow in these areas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HOOD CONFIGURATION :The hood is fully adjustable as well as being climbing helmet compatible as it is designed to fit comfortably over the helmet. Side vol

ume compression allows for a close fit around the head and helmet. A stiffened peak gives the hood stability and the wired edge allows for adjustability. The tall collar of the jacket offers maximum storm protection to the face and neck, ideal for walking in rough weather conditions. An internal elastic loop has been fitted into the hood as well as a hook on the rear of the hood and a compression drawcord which allows the hood to be rolled down whilst not in use, ideal for windy weather conditions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

POCKET CONFIGURATION: 2 Large Napoleon chest pockets are included in the jacket for secure, easily accessible storage space for essential items. Hand warmer pockets which are lined with mesh are a superb feature for keeping your hands warm as well as offering a breathable storage area for items. The chest pockets are finished with YKK reverse coil zips and covered zipper garages to keep wind from getting into the jacket. Ergonomic zip pullers are also used to make the jacket easily accessible even when you are wearing mitts or gloves. 

 

 

 

CENTRE FRONT ZIP: 

 

A 2-way YKK reverse coil front zip is used on the body of this jacket which allows for easy access of climbing or rucksack harnesses. An internal storm flap has been fitted behind the zip with press studs to secure the hem and to prevent further weather entry. A rollover chin guard lined with brushed fine microfleece is features which is great for coverage and very soft and comfortable against the skin.
